5 Steps to Effective Leadership
1. Communication - Effective leaders are great communicators. Listen more than you talk, ask questions, give people your undivided attention and make your objectives clear.
2. Vision - Effective leaders are visionaries. Always look ahead. Record your dreams, goals and aspirations in a journal and take baby steps to accomplish your goals.
3. Drive - Effective leaders have a constant drive to succeed. Whatever your vision is for your life or business, declare your victory!
4. Mistakes - Effective leaders make mistakes too. Repent for whatever error you made and don't dwell on the mistake.
5. Passion - Effective leaders are passionate about what they do. If you don't have passion for what you do then the people you're trying to lead won't either.
